PPO reinforced modification adds reinforcing fillers such as glass fiber and carbon fiber into the PPO matrix. It greatly improves tensile strength, flexural strength and rigidity, especially delivers magnitude‑level improvement in flexural modulus. It effectively reduces linear expansion coefficient and molding shrinkage rate, so as to significantly boost dimensional accuracy and stability of finished parts, making it suitable for long‑term load‑bearing structural components. Benefiting from enhanced rigidity, it achieves better high‑temperature creep resistance than standard PPO.
MAIN APPLICATIONS It is used to produce various mechanical parts and structural components. In electronic and electrical industry, it serves as high‑rigidity coil bobbins and cooling fan blades. In automotive industry, it is applied for high‑strength instrument panel frames, wheel housings and interior & exterior trims requiring precise dimensions.
